Some New Designs

Creative JumpStart

Some new designs for some new hoodies? I admit it’s been a while since of posted not because I don’t want to, I’ve been busy. Fatherhood at forty is a challenge for sure.

However, I realized if I want to teach my kids anything, it’s you have to do what truly fulfills you in life. That means making time for the things that actually matter to you. Of course, this includes spending time with your kids, even when your 8-year-old decides to sit and pout about something you don’t understand.

I digress.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve focused more on designs for new hoodies and unfortunately, continue to struggle to find ones I truly like. But the more I draw, I’m confident I’ll get the one I want.

Then of course, I get distracted and do a little mandala design:

Some new designs can help the mind in many ways. If you don’t create, you won’t succeed. Think about some of history’s most successful, or at least famously busy folks. They were busy because they kept going.

We all have the same amount of time each day, yet what we do with our time determines our success.

Think about Alexander Hamilton, he was notoriously busy. He wrote, and wrote and designed much of the post-Constitution framework of government.

(Yes, I watched the Disney+ version and I’m currently reading the book by Ron Chernow.)

His mind didn’t stop and neither did his pen. Hamilton, like many of history’s famous, couldn’t stop himself from creating. For Hamilton, it was words and policy. For others it was sculptor, symphonies or paintings.

Regardless of what you create, you must do.

Of course, it’s time to get back to parenting. Keep drawing my friends.

In the meantime, if you’re in the market for a good, Champion hoodie with original artwork, check these out.
